Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of projectdigitalize.in and any packages, bookings, dashboards, or related services offered by Project Digitalize, a digital mission from Team Woodenclouds (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By browsing the site, creating an account, submitting a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We provide digital business services including websites, design, reels, marketing, SEO, hosting, Woodenclouds AI (WAI), and related packages as described on our pricing and package pages.

Package scope, delivery timelines, and pricing shown at checkout apply to that booking. Custom work outside a package may require a separate quote.

We may update package features, pricing, or availability. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed and paid under a prior order, except where required by law or mutual agreement.

You must provide accurate contact and business information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.

A booking is created when you complete checkout (or when we confirm an order offline). Status updates (for example new, awaiting payment, in progress, completed) may appear in your dashboard.

You agree to respond promptly to reasonable requests for content, feedback, or approvals needed to deliver the service.

Prices are generally shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

Where “full” or “advance” payment options are offered, the due today and remaining balance amounts shown at checkout apply. Remaining balances must be paid as agreed before final handover where specified.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may delay or pause delivery.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees for completed work or digital deliverables already provided are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before meaningful work begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion after deducting processing or setup costs.

You retain ownership of materials you supply (logos, copy, images, brand assets). You grant us a licence to use them solely to deliver your project.

Upon full payment, you receive the agreed licence or ownership rights to final deliverables as described for that package. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and know-how.

You represent that content you provide does not infringe third-party rights and is lawful. We may refuse or remove content that violates this.

You must not misuse the site or services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or use our work for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

Hosting or managed services (where included) must comply with applicable law and our or our providers’ acceptable-use policies. We may suspend services that threaten security, stability, or legality.

Some packages involve third-party platforms (domains, hosting, ads, analytics, AI providers, payment gateways). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties outside our reasonable control.

We aim to deliver professionally and in good faith. Except where required by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific business results (such as rankings, leads, or revenue).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a booking or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Digitalize, Team Woodenclouds, and our officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the services, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid balances, abuse, or material breach. You may stop using the site at any time; provisions that by nature should survive (payment, IP, liability, indemnity) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
